By using this site, the terms stated below are agreed to and accepted by you, the user, so please read this agreement carefully. A condition of the use of our website, is that it is warranted by user that said user will use the site only for any purpose that is lawful, appropriate and not prohibited by the terms of this agreement.
RETURN (EXCHANGE) POLICY FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN THE SALON : (Note: AVEDA prohibits all salons from selling products on their websites. To purchase AVEDA products on line, you make use the link "Shop Aveda" found on many of our web pages. We do not accept any returns or exchanges of products purchased through these links, as they are placed there for your convenience. If you have a return issue with AVEDA.com, you must contact them. If you are not pleased with any products purchased at VEDA SALON & SPA, you must return them or notify us least 5 days from the day of purchase. Veda Salon and Spa does not offer cash refunds, however we will exchange your product for another product at full value. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.. If the product is more than half used, you will not receive any refund or exchange, so please make sure to notify us if you plan to return a product and make arrangements to exchange it before it is used further.
RETURN POLICY FOR SERVICES ON THE WEB: If you have purchased or guaranteed services and/or gift cards via our website, you may cancel the service by giving at least a 24 hour notice prior to the beginning day and time of the first service(s) purchased and/or guaranteed online. No refund will be issued, however, you will be allowed to schedule a future appointment within the next 60 days without any penalty. Should you purchase a gift card and make an appointment and never call to cancel or fail to arrive at the scheduled time, Veda Salon & Spa, may at its sole discretion decide to apply your gift card guarantee, or any portion of it as compensation for your missed appointment without the 24 hour cancellation notice. Veda Salon & Spa may also choose not to charge your guarantee and allow you to use your gift card, again, at its sole discretion. If you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the required appointment time, you may reschedule up to 60 days after the original appoinment. After that time, your payment will be forfeited and you will have to re-purchase for future appointments. The only exception to this policy is a verifiable emergency. Excuses like Illness or Being Called In To Work Unexpectedly will meet this requirement, however, some form of documentation may be required. OUR 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY IS STRICT BECAUSE WHEN A PERSON MAKES AN APPOINMENT AND DOES NOT SHOW UP OR CALL TO CANCEL, THERE IS LITTLE TIME TO PLACE ANOTHER PERSON IN THE TIME SLOT, LEAVING THE SERVICE PROVIDER WHO HAS A FAMILY TO SUPPORT AND BILLS TO PAY, JUST SITTING THERE WITH NOTHING TO DO. IT IS NOT FAIR TO OUR TEAM MEMBERS AND WE PREFER TO CHARGE THOSE TYPES OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE A COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR OUR TEAM AND THEIR PROFESSIONALISM. ADDITIONALLY WE ALSO PREFER THAT THEY FIND ANOTHER SALON & SPA THAT DOES NOT HOLD THE TIME OF ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS IN HIGH REGARD. WE VALUE YOUR TIME AND THEIR TIME TOO AND A PHONE CALL ONLY TAKES A FEW MINUTES.
As the site is periodically changed, we may change the terms of this agreement and periodically users should review this agreement. Any use of the site after a change is made to this agreement will be bound by the terms of the agreement at the time of use.
The materials that are found on this site are the property of Stock Rock Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a Veda Salon and Spa, or used with the permission of AVEDA. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Even though this site is freely acessible, no rights are given up to the materials appearing on this site. Use of this site does not transfer any title or rights to the materials appearing in the site. Our prior written consent is required in order for site user to use any trademark or service mark appearing in the site. The contents of this site may be viewed, downloaded, saved and printed for personal, non-commercial uses only. Such use is permitted provided that there is no deletion or change to any copyright, trademark or similar notice. All other use, reproduction, distribution, republication, uploading, posting, transmitting, linking, and the like is prohibited without our prior written consent.
By the use of this site, it is agreed that user is using it at his/her own risk. Stock Rock Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Veda Salon and Spa is not liable for any damages or injury caused by, without limitation, any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, delay in operation of transmission, defect, line failure, or computer failure. Stock Rock Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a Veda Salon and Spa, is also not responsible for any special or consequential damages or damages associated with the loss of data, loss of use, loss of profits, loss of savings or loss of goodwill that result form the use or inability to use this site or anything downloaded from this site. This limitation may not apply if applicable law does not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. At no time will the total liability to user for all losses and damages be greater than the amount paid to access this site.

This agreement is construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida , regardless of any conflicts of law principals. If this site is used from other locations the user is responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. If the user downloads anything from this site, said user represents that he/she is not a national of, or located in, any country subject to export embargo controls by the USA, and that said user is not otherwise prohibited from receiving such information. With the use of this service, it is agreed that user will abide by the terms of this visitor agreement and that user consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts governing Alachua County, Florida, for all disputes arising out of or relatins to this agreement or the use of this web site.
Any personal information voluntarily submitted by individually identifiable visitors is not sold, transferred, or otherwise disclosed to unrelated entities, unless required by law. The only e-mails sent as a result of this site will be e-mails responding to a request for an e-mail.
