Veda's 20/20 Referral Program
We give you a card that contains a place for your name, a line to put the name of the Veda team member you are referring & a third line for the name of someone you'd like to refer. If you know someone that would like the services of someone you see at Veda Salon & Spa, you can now give them a 20/20 card. Their name goes on the referred guest line and your name is listed as the referring Veda client. The name of the team member you see is also on the card. If they make an appointment with the same person you see, within 3 months of getting the card, they will get 20% off services with that person on their first visit. When they turn in the card to get the 20% off, our front desk team member notes your name and puts an entry in your file in our computer that you will get 20% off or the dollar amount the person you referred got, whichever is less, on your next vsit. We're not just thankful that you sent us a referral we want to reward you, too. It doesn't get much better than that, does it?
note: The promotion is the lesser of 20% off or the dollar amount the person you referred received. By example, if you sent in someone and they got a haircut and spent $45, they would receive 20% off this first visit or $9. This would then entitle you to 20% off or $9, whichever is less, on you next visit. If your next visit was for a shampoo & blowdry ($25 to $35) you would get $5 to $7 off (20%) and not the $9. If you got a full color and a haircut ($85 to $130) you would get $9 off and not $17 or $26.
